Zajel ERP, a bird-farm management app, is provided by KayanTech Digital System. This page explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

1. Information we collect

• Identifiers: name and email address when you sign in with Google or Facebook.
• Contact: phone number for account verification and Zajel Market communication.
• Photos / camera: only when you choose to upload an image to a Zajel Market ad or to the AI assistant.
• Location: used for local weather analysis and tips; never shared.
• Device data & notifications: device identifiers for performance and crash monitoring; notification permission for schedule alerts.
• Farm data: the records you enter (birds, pairs, vaccinations, inventory, finance).

2. User-generated content

Objectionable, abusive, illegal, sexual, political or religious content is not allowed. Ads can be reported in the app; violating content is removed within 24 hours and the account is suspended.

3. Artificial intelligence

The app uses Google's AI services (Gemini) to analyse weather and images you submit. Images are not stored permanently and are not used to train public models.

4. Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all data in the app (Settings → Delete account permanently) or request it on our account deletion page.

5. Security

All data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Third-party services

• Google Play services and in-app billing
• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging)
• Facebook Login
• Google Generative AI (Gemini)

7. Log data

If the app hits an error we may collect technical data (IP address, device model, OS version, app configuration) solely to fix it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes on this page.
