KAYANTECH built the Zajel ERP app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by KAYANTECH and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
1. Information Collection and Use For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Personal Identifiers: Name and Email Address (collected via Google or Facebook Authentication).
- Contact Information: Phone Number (required for account verification and marketplace communication).
- Media, Camera, and Files: Images and Photos are collected only when you explicitly choose to upload them to the “Zajel Marketplace” or submit them to the “AI Vet Assistant” for analysis.
- Device Information & Notifications: Device IDs for performance monitoring, and Push Notifications permission specifically to send you critical alerts for hand-feeding timers and medication schedules.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Objectionable Content Policy Zajel ERP includes a “Zajel Market” where users can post ads. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, illegal, sexual, political, or religious content.
- Reporting: Users can flag and report any inappropriate content or ads directly within the app.
- Moderation: We actively monitor reports. Any content found violating our terms will be removed within 24 hours.
- Banning: Users who post objectionable content will face immediate and permanent account suspension. You are legally responsible for the content you publish.
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Processing Our app utilizes Google’s Gemini AI to power the “Smart Vet Assistant” feature. When you submit an image of a bird for medical analysis, the image is securely processed by this AI service to provide veterinary insights. These images are not stored permanently or used to train public models.
4. Account and Data Deletion (Google Play & App Store Compliance) We value your right to privacy and control over your data.
- How to Delete Your Account: Users can request the permanent deletion of their accounts and all associated data directly through the “System Settings” within the app, or by contacting us at ahmedzaherit@gmail.com.
- Data Retention: Upon receiving a deletion request (or executing it via the app), we will immediately remove all personal data, farm records, and ads from our active databases, except where retention is strictly required by law.

5. Data Safety and Security
- Encryption in Transit: All data collected by Zajel ERP is transferred using secure, encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to ensure your information is protected during transmission.
- Security Measures: We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your Personal Information. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Log Data We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, and the configuration of the app.
