1. الموافقة

باستخدامك للتطبيق، انت موافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق، متستخدمش التطبيق.

2. التطبيق بيعمل إيه

«اشتريت إيه؟» تطبيق لتسجيل مشترياتك وضماناتك ومواعيد صيانتها، وتصوير فواتيرها وقراءتها تلقائيًا.

3. الاشتراك

التجربة المجانية: أول ما تنزّل التطبيق بتاخد 24 ساعة استخدام كامل مجانًا. مش محتاج تدخل أي بيانات دفع في المدة دي.

بعد التجربة: لازم اشتراك لاستخدام التطبيق.

التجديد التلقائي:

• الاشتراك بيتجدد تلقائيًا في آخر كل مدة
• بيتخصم من حسابك في المتجر قبل نهاية المدة بـ 24 ساعة
• المبلغ بيختلف حسب بلد حسابك، وبيظهرلك بالظبط قبل ما تأكد الشراء
• تقدر تلغي التجديد في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك في App Store أو Google Play، قبل نهاية المدة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل
• الإلغاء بيوقف التجديد الجاي — والمدة اللي دفعتها بتكمل لآخرها
• مسح التطبيق لوحده مش بيلغي الاشتراك. لازم تلغيه من المتجر.

الاسترداد: كل المدفوعات بتتم عن طريق Apple أو Google، والاسترداد بيخضع لسياسة المتجر نفسه — مش لينا فيه تدخّل. اطلبه من المتجر مباشرة.

تغيير السعر: لو غيّرنا السعر، التغيير بيطبّق على التجديدات الجاية بس، وبعد إخطارك من المتجر حسب قواعده.

4. بياناتك

بياناتك على موبايلك انت. مسؤوليتك إنك تاخد نسخة احتياطية. إحنا مش مسؤولين عن أي بيانات تضيع بسبب مسح التطبيق، أو فقدان الموبايل، أو عطل فيه.

5. ⚠️ دقة القراءة الآلية — اقرا ده كويس

التطبيق بيستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي لقراءة الفواتير، والقراءة دي ممكن تغلط. ممكن يقرا رقم غلط، أو يفوّت حاجة، أو يفهم صنف بالغلط.

انت مسؤول عن مراجعة البيانات قبل ما تحفظها.

والأهم: التطبيق أداة تنظيم مش ضمان قانوني.

• التنبيهات ممكن ماتوصلش في وقتها لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا (إعدادات الموبايل، وضع توفير الطاقة، إغلاق التطبيق من النظام)
• إحنا مش مسؤولين عن أي ضمان بيفوتك، ولا عن أي صيانة اتأخرت، ولا عن أي خسارة مادية ناتجة عن ده

اعتمد على التطبيق كمساعد، وراجع المواعيد المهمة بنفسك.

6. الاستخدام المسموح

• التطبيق للاستخدام الشخصي
• ممنوع تعمل هندسة عكسية أو تعدّل التطبيق أو تعيد توزيعه
• ممنوع تستخدمه في أي حاجة مخالفة للقانون
• ممنوع تحاول تتخطى الاشتراك أو تعطّل التحقق منه

7. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق وتصميمه واسمه ملك للمطوّر. البيانات اللي انت بتدخلها ملكك انت.

8. حدود المسؤولية

التطبيق بيتقدّم «كما هو» من غير أي ضمانات. في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، المطوّر مش مسؤول عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق.

في كل الأحوال، أقصى مسؤولية مالية للمطوّر هي المبلغ اللي دفعته في آخر 12 شهر.

9. إيقاف الخدمة

لينا الحق نوقف الخدمة أو نغيّرها. لو أوقفناها نهائيًا، هنبلّغك مقدمًا ونديك وقت تاخد نسخة من بياناتك.

1. Acceptance

By using this app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

Eshtareit Eh? records your purchases, warranties and service dates, and reads your receipts automatically from a photo.

3. Subscription

Free trial: when you install the app you get 24 hours of full use, free. No payment details are needed during that time.

After the trial: a subscription is required to use the app.

Auto-renewal:

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period
• It is charged to your store account 24 hours before the period ends
• The amount depends on your account's country and is shown to you exactly before you confirm the purchase
• You can turn off renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Cancelling stops the next renewal — the period you paid for runs to its end
• Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the store.

Refunds: all payments are handled by Apple or Google and refunds are governed by that store's policy, not ours. Request them from the store directly.

Price changes: if we change the price it applies to future renewals only, after the store notifies you under its own rules.

4. Your data

Your data is on your own phone. Keeping a backup is your responsibility. We are not responsible for data lost through deleting the app, losing your phone, or device failure.

5. ⚠️ Accuracy of automatic reading — please read

The app uses AI to read receipts, and that reading can be wrong. It may misread a number, miss a field, or misidentify an item.

You are responsible for checking the data before saving it.

More importantly: this app is an organiser, not a legal guarantee.

• Reminders may not arrive on time for reasons outside our control (device settings, battery saving, the system closing the app)
• We are not liable for a warranty you miss, for delayed servicing, or for any financial loss resulting from either

Treat the app as an assistant, and verify important dates yourself.

6. Acceptable use

• The app is for personal use
• Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute it
• Do not use it for anything unlawful
• Do not attempt to bypass or disable the subscription check

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design and its name belong to the developer. The data you enter belongs to you.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

In all cases the developer's maximum financial liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Discontinuation

We may change or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it permanently we will give advance notice and time to export your data.

10. Governing law

The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
